Daniel Kent Newmyer is a veteran political strategist, who has worked at a high level for both political parties. Daniel is a regular guest on various radio programs around Connecticut and provides expert political analysis from his unique vantage point to you. Daniel formerly worked for the CT House democrat majority leader on special projects, the CT senate democrats preparing campaigns, also statewide as a field coordinator on federal, gubernatorial, and state level races. Daniel has also worked for the Connecticut state employee association through Service Employee International Union, as a political organizer/lobbyist, for the CT state employee retirees and engaged congressional republicans through town hall meetings in district, office hours at the state capitol and lobbying with member in Washington DC. Daniel left Democratic political work in August of 2004 to concentrate on his construction business, which was licensed in Connecticut, Fishers Island NY and in NYC. Being dealt a financial blow in the recession Daniel returned to politics in 2011 to fight for Connecticut families against the one-party system for conservative candidates, and values as a Republican.
